QUANTITY SURVEYING DEPARTMENT
Quantity Surveying Department is one of key departments within Inter-Consult. For the past 40 years, the department has been offering consultancy services in buildings and civil engineering projects. Our team of Quantity Surveyors has the right experience and training and is well equipped with state of the art software with consistent use of sound measurement principles offering services covering the full spectrum of consultancy, project delivery and post-project operations from the inception of a project through to completion and beyond throughout a project life-cycle.
The department has offered consultancy services in many projects countrywide ranging in value from a small to large scale, throughout all levels of supply chain from developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, design teams and end users. Our technical staff can advise Client’s on the best strategy to achieve their objectives during any stage of their projects life cycle; from an initial client brief stage, design development, construction and ultimately the handover process. We understand that the ‘one size fits all’ approach cannot be applied to all projects and we can ensure that our services can be used independently or integrated into a larger project team. Our understanding of the market and its associated risks achieved through massive experience garnered over the years, helps us to achieve our Client’s objectives, ensuring projects are delivered within pre-defined budgets and timescales.
