MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
The Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department provides unique specialist consultancy services in the field of mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, telecommunications, fire safety and ICT engineering.
The services provided are diverse and range from feasibility studies and conceptual planning through engineering design, assistance with contract procurement, technical assistance support and supervision of installations. For a period of over forty years the department has undertaken various projects of varying magnitudes ranging from small Residential houses to large industrial complexes. Over the years the department has engineered reliable, effective systems that provide the foundation for facilities to operate.
Our team is supported by the latest computer software to develop the most appropriate and cost effective solution to the design of services within the buildings, exploring various alternative options in the process.
We encourage early consultation and involvement of key stakeholders at the conceptual stage allowing the building services content of any project to be identified and implemented or rejected as appropriate without costly abortive works.
Our team encompasses everything needed to see a job done through from start to finish including: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing, ICT engineering and fire protection. SERVICES offered include Design, documentation and contract procurement services for:
